Today is the racial harmony day, my school organized activities for us to participate in. My friend and i join the activity of " Chinese dialect' which teaches us how to speak Cantonese. I think that this activity promotes racial harmony as through learning other languages, we also gets to learn about their culture.
i could still remember that when i was in primary 6, my school invited people who played different kinds of sports to play with us they are all of different races, such as Singapore’s nation taekwondo, basketball and soccer play. The school also allows us to wear the cloths that belonged to our own race, which i think also promotes racial harmony we get to communicate with people and see more about people of different races.
All in all, i think that racial harmony means that we learn more about people of the other races and learn more about them, bonding with each other and understand each other more.
