My first visit to Asian Village when I was ten years old, was with my primary school friends. Asian Village, now defunct, was a small theme park located in Sentosa, with not that many rides, but just enough to satisfy a young ten-year-old.
Actually I quite liked Asian Village because the rides were not too intimidating, and were suitable for a meek-hearted ten-year-old. The Viking and the ride that just kept going round and round were the two most memorable rides I took there.
Now we have upgraded to a larger theme park, Escape Theme Park, at Downtown East, Pasir Ris, where there are more exciting and thrilling rides for the whole family.
