It is one of my favourite cuisine in Singapore. Roti Prata is a type of bread that is pan fried and is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I usually choose the plain prata which is also known as kosong prata. Kosong prata is more crispy and it tastes best when dipped in curry sauce. Recently, I went to the famous prata house at Thomson Road which sells a huge variety of prata, which includes Plaster prata, Cheese mushroom prata, Paper prata, fruit prata and even ice cream prata. I wish I could try all the flavours available.
p/s Roti Prata is the only non-spicy Indian food I eat =)
You can try out the finest Roti Prata at upper thomson road. open till late night.
