My late father, who was a coffeeshop proprietor, had stacks of beer glasses, with compliments from the beer companies. After he retired, my late mother still kept many of them. When we moved house for the second time, she had wanted to throw them away. I kept some and gave many away. They look very pretty in the display cabinet, much more attractive than crystalware, I think.
