Today's racial harmony and we celebrated in school , doing some interesting stuffs . Different people did differents . For me and my friends , we went to do some program called Chinese Dialect . Like what the name has said , it is indeed about the learning of different dialects of chinese . We were made to spilt up to groups of 4 or 5 . My small group learnt about Hainanese . One of our senior teacher who was from China told us all about Hainan . We learnt more about Hainan , which includes about the famouse Hainanese Chicken Rice , the dialect used there , and a little bit about its culture . The teacher told us how to make the famous Hainanese chicken rice . The way they cooked the rice , the way how the chickedn is made and killed . The other components were also very thrilling . I really enjoyed todays programe .
