My Hero: My Mother
What my Mother inspired me was to help me get better results in my school subjects. She taught both me and my sister. We had no tuition lessons at all and she was somehow like our tuition teacher. My Mother does not often teach us Math so my Father teaches us that. But I am more used to my Mother teaching me.
My Mother has a length of short, wavy and shiny black hair. She has a nice pair of black eyes with double eye lids. She sometimes wears a pair of purple spectacles. She is quite strict too.
When I and my sister go to the caretaker’s house, my Mother will sometime give us homework to do. Only when we stay back at school, my Mother will not give us any homework to do.
My Math is quite good but I still have to improve in it. It is the worst when it comes to doing Math problem sums. They sometimes can be difficult, so it will take quite sometime to figure them out. Sometimes I just give up.
In English, my composition is boring. It does not have much of any good phrases in it. I really have to improve on that. Another bad thing is that when I have only of a few clues to write a composition, I sometimes write the story out of point.
About my Chinese, I have to say that it is not so good. I actually cannot really recognize many words. I do really need to practice on it, really.
My Science is still okay but it is also not very that good.
From this, I know that I really need to work very hard to improve on all of my school subjects.
Now, speaking about homework, I just have to say that I actually just do not really like doing homework. I have no choice anyway. Now I am in primary five and next year I will have to go for the Primary School Leaving Examinations (PSLE). I guess getting me to like homework will take quite sometime. Who knows whether I will be able to grow to like it? Liking homework is good because you might never ever get stressed out by it. I hope that I can get myself into liking homework.
In the past, I guess that everything in school was much simpler than everything in school now. I guess things have really changed a lot from the past up to now. Hearing about what my Mother had said about the past when she was young, I really wish to go back to the past right now.
I never really mentioned much about my Mother here but my Mother is actually good in some of my school subjects. I really must learn more from her in the future.
