What is a hero? A hero is one who is able to help those who are in need and also provides support to another person. It is not easy for someone to inspire me and to touch my heart as I do not easily believe and appreciate their kindness. However, for this person, I can really feel her selflessness and her concern towards me. She is just an ordinary person to anyone else, but to me, she is very unique and stands out of others who had affected part of my life .Not only does she affect me for an hour or a day but years. This person is no other than my mother who is an outstanding person in my heart and plays an important role in my life.
The reason why I feel that my mom is a hero is because she has helped me a lot during my life. I can still sense the appreciation towards her help and will also remember her forever. She is always spirited and displays her motherly love towards me. She is really different from the others as not every mother will actually shows consistent affection towards their own child.
Every day, she cooks 3 meals for me and helps me in everything that I require or what I need help in.Although she is sick for a few occasions, she still shows concern to our daily needs .Thus, to me , she is an Exemplary mother to other mothers in the world! Besides, she holds great responsibility in our family needs and also takes charge of our family finances. Not only that, she is able to communicate with all our family members well and cares for everything that is related to our family or even her friends’ problems. Besides, she also helps neighbours and even strangers if they need help. Although being rejected on several occasions, she still maintains her kindness and helps those in need. She also participates in various activities like helping the old folks around the place or does community work regardless of how busy she is. For the past few years, she has also helped the association to make some colourful handicrafts and wrap some of the goodies to put them up for sale. Although she says that the reason why she does this is to get along well with the elderly and helping them to get rid of their boredom , I know that she is one who really hopes to contribute back to the society and helping those in need.
Besides, she also visits my grandparents once a week and baked some of the food for my relatives to try out.Despite my grandfather says negative things not for once but for several times, she still shows concern for my grandfather and even purchase some health supplements for him so as to keep himself healthy.
My mother is also one who is sociable and will try her best to communicate with those who she does not know.Slowly, they make friends and assist one another in times of difficulties.She does not mind being commented as long as she knows that what she does is to her conscience. In my heart, she acts like a counsellor, consoling us when we face some difficulties and advices us on what to do next.
She is also one of the reasons in my life that motivates me to excel in my school life and to bravely face the ups and downs in my life! Hence, these are the reasons why I still pay my respect to my mother always and will remember her forever for the kindness and the concern that she shows to our family members and also her friends!I am really fortunate to have such a great mother!
