This exhibition is about why and how three of the major festivals in Singapore: Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and Deepavali, are celebrated by the different ethnic communities. The origins, traditional rituals and their symbolism of each festival are highlighted to provide a better understanding of Singapore's multi-racial and multi-religious culture.
