An interactive exhibition that allows visitors to understand and play the favourite traditional games of childhood! Games such as gasing, goli, congkak, five stones, hopscotch, kuti kuti and capteh are demonstrated and played at this exhibition.
The exhibition recreates a 'kampong setting' and brings back fond memories of the kampong days. Apart from the traditional games, visitors will also find educational information and photographs depicting various aspects of life in kampongs, such as kampong houses, leisure, childhood and public amenities.
Think you are a little rusty at playing these games? There is an interactive video programme to provide a step-by-step guide to playing congkak and five stones.
A truly entertaining and educational experience for all!
